UK Shipping options:
Free delivery for orders above £50 which will be sent royal mail second class (3-5 working days) 
For orders below £50 we offer:

Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days)
Royal Mail Second class (3-5 working days)
Royal Mail Special delivery (next working day)

Please note our first and second class post options above are non-trackable. The tracking number we provide on your shipment email is just to track whether delivery has been delivered or to arrange redelivery if delivery failed.

International Shipping options:
Free delivery for orders above £80 which will be sent Royal Mail tracked (10 working days)
For orders below £80 we send Royal Mail tracked (10 working days)

 Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility and out of our control. 
Please allow a few extra days for despatch on new launches and during sale periods as our warehouse will be busier during these periods.

If you want to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, please contact hello@anotherfox.com and we will arrange a speedy exchange.

If you would prefer a refund please return your order within 30 days to the address below. Suggest to send using Evri as this is a trackable and insured service starting from £2.99. Orders must be in a resaleable condition with tags. Please include your order number or postcode in the parcel so we can locate your order. Please note that we will refund the full cost of the item paid, we will not refund postage that has already been paid to the couriers unless the item/s received are faulty or damaged.
