All UK orders will be shipped through Royal Mail so will arrive through your usual postman.

Second class non-trackable £2.95 (3-5 working days)
First class non-trackable £3.50 (1-2 working days)
Tracked Next Day £6.95 (guaranteed before 1pm next working day) this applies to orders made before 2pm on weekdays excluding bank holidays.
Non trackable postage will not be insured, so any lost post will be at buyers risk. We can provide a receipt to show postage but suggest if you are buying a large value order to upgrade to a tracked service.

We send all of our international post tracked so that we can guarantee security for our customers. These are insured so if anything should occur our customers will receive a full refund.

Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility and out of our control.
Return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Orders must be in a resaleable condition with tags. If you want to exchange for another size or item on the website, please add a note in the parcel stating the exchange and we will process this on the day of receipt. Please note that we will refund the full cost of the item paid, we will not refund postage unless the item/s received are faulty or damaged.
To create a free trackable return or exchange, visit the Royal Mail online returns portal and follow instructions to generate either a label to print at home or a QR code to take to your local post office who will print a label for you.
