We despatch orders Monday-Friday.

Orders taken before 2pm will be despatched same day (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays)

All of our shipping services are fully trackable and insured.

UK Shipping options:
Free delivery for orders above £50 which will be sent RM48. 
For orders below £50 we offer:

Royal Mail 24 (RM aim to deliver next working day)
Royal Mail 48 (RM aim to deliver within 2 working days)

International Shipping options:
Free delivery for orders above £120 which will be sent DHL.
For orders below £120 we offer:

Europe:
DHL economy £14.95 (can take up to 8 working days)

Rest of the world:
DHL Express Express £24.95 (can take up to 5 working days)

 Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility and out of our control. 
Please allow a few extra days for despatch on new launches and during sale periods as our warehouse will be busier during these periods.

If you want to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, please contact andie@anotherfox.com and we will arrange a speedy exchange.

If you would prefer a refund please return your order within 30 days to the address below. Suggest to send using Evri as this is a trackable and insured service starting from £2.99. Orders must be in a resaleable condition with tags. Please include your order number or postcode in the parcel so we can locate your order. Please note that we will refund the full cost of the item paid, we will not refund postage that has already been paid to the couriers unless the item/s received are faulty or damaged.
